Midwest Conveying Solutions is a Professional Field Sales Company that specializes in the service and sale of Lightweight and Heavy Duty Black Belting, Wear Resistant Rubber, Skirtboard, Chute Lining and Bonding Cements.

We currently represent Trico Belting and Supply for Lightweight Belting and RAM Enterprises - Cleating Resources for Heavy Duty Black Belting and Fabricated Black belt with Sidewalls, Cleats and V-guides. Imtech for Wear Resistant Rubber, Chute Lining and Skirtboard. Ball Mill Profile Liners, Belt Repair Kits and Rubber and PVC Bonding Cements. Midwest Conveying Solutions Territory consists of Ohio, Michigan, Western PA, Indiana, Kentucky, Illinois, and Wisconsin.

Roger "RJ" Evans (President)
Roger started Midwest Conveying Solutions after 23 years in the wholesale distribution of lightweight and heavy duty rubber belting. Roger began his career with Nationwide Belting in Toledo, Ohio in 1982 as a slitter operator and belt fabricator. Roger worked his way through the ranks working in Inside Sales and in 1990 furthered his experience as an Outside Salesman covering Ohio, Michigan, Indiana and Kentucky. In 1996 Roger left Nationwide Belting, and went to Trico Belting & Supply as a Regional Sales Manager selling Lightweight and Specialty Power Transmission belt, in a six state region.

Roger continues to sell Lightweight Belting for Trico Belting & Supply and Heavy Rubber Belting for RAM Enterprises.

Wendy Phillips is Midwest Conveying Solutions’ secretary. Wendy has been with the company for just over a year now. She was previously a stay at home mom and a teacher aide for Sacred Heart School. She loves to work with people, and puts a friendly face and voice in our office for all of our customers. Wendy has been a true asset to a smooth running office and she does her best to serve our customers well.

T.J. Phillips is an account Manager for MCS. He has been with the company from its founding, and works on serving his existing accounts as well as creating new ones. T.J. Has a passion for sales and service, and does his best to see that his customer’s needs are met. T.J. travels throughout the region in areas such as Michigan, West Virginia, Indiana, Illinois, and Canada.

Roger Evans Sr. started with Midwest Conveying Solutions in January of 2007 to work with his son RJ Evans. He will be servicing Kentucky, Tennessee, Virginia, North Carolina and portions of West Virginia. He started in the belting business 30 years ago when he went to work for Nationwide Belting in Toledo,OH. as VP of operations. There he oversaw day to day plant operations which included hands on experience in every phase of the operation, including fabrication and belt manufacturing. In 1997 Roger returned to his hometown of Middlesboro,KY and became the regional sales manager for Trico Belting and Supply servicing the South East.
